This includes going through a 20+ item checklist to ensure your home stays secure. The checklist includes, but is not limited to: 

- a visual inspection of the inside/outside of the home, checking for anything out of the ordinary, such as leaks, pests, open or broken doors/windows, broken appliances, etc. 

- collect the mail and clear flyers

- run water through all sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers

- check breaker panel 

- test smoke alarms

- check A/C and A/C filter

- check refrigerators  and freezers 

- check security system 

- check water meter 

- check lawn condition

- check pool water level and condition

- take in or bring out trash/recycling bins
